School Policies

At Marshfields, our policies are designed to support the needs, wellbeing and success of every learner. We recognise that our students have a wide range of individual strengths and needs, so our policies are written with special educational needs and disabilities at their heart.

Our aim is to create a safe, supportive and ambitious school community where students can develop the knowledge, confidence and independence they need for life beyond Marshfields.

School policies are developed and reviewed by the Senior Leadership Team and approved by the Governing Body before they are published. This helps ensure that our policies reflect both our statutory responsibilities and the day-to-day needs of our students and families.

The Marshfields Senior Leadership Team is:
