Reading out loud helps to improve students' literacy, and that is why we have started the Reading Buddy Scheme at Marshfields. 

 

We have a number of adult ‘Reading Buddies’ from all walks of life, who give their time voluntarily each week. A huge thanks to you to all!

 

Our Post 16 students have also been trained at a ‘Reading Buddy Workshop’, lead by Mrs. Jan McPhee. These Post 16 students read with sixteen year 8 students every week.
